The LED light on the front of your eero indicates its current status. Here’s what each light state means:
-
No Light
Check the cables and power source. Ensure all wires are securely connected and undamaged.
Try plugging directly into a known working outlet if possible. -
Blinking White
The eero is starting up and trying to connect. Wait for about five minutes. -
Blinking Blue
This happens when the eero is looking to connect to your phone or app during setup. Ensure both devices are within range and you're following the on-screen instructions in the app. -
Solid Blue
The eero is successfully connected to your device, and you can proceed with the setup steps in the app. -
Blinking Green
The eero has detected multiple eero devices but isn’t sure which one to connect to. Unplug any unconnected eero units until the current one is set up, then move on to the next. -
Blinking Yellow
Ensure you’re using the USB-C power adapter that came with your eero. -
Solid White
Everything is working fine! If you're experiencing issues, it may be related to signal strength. Try running a speed test through your device, which will guide you through a network health check to identify and resolve any issues. -
