With our independent network, there's no need to coordinate a same-day switch. You can keep both services active at the same time, ensuring there's no downtime during the transition.
Switching to us is simple and involves just three easy steps:
1. Check Your Contract
Before making the switch, it’s a good idea to review your current contract with BT. This will help you understand your contract end date and any potential cancellation fees. You can check this in two ways:
- Call BT on 0800 800 150 (Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 21:00, Saturday: 08:00 - 20:00, Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00)
- Log in to your MyBT account portal and navigate to “My Orders” under the Support menu to view your current contract.
2. Order Your FibreNova Package
Now for the exciting part! We offer a variety of packages with speeds ranging from 150 to 900 Mbps, all with symmetrical upload and download speeds.
Once you’ve chosen your ideal package, we’ll get in touch to schedule installation at a time that works best for you. It’s that easy!
3. Give Your Notice
If you're still under contract with BT, you’ll need to provide 30 days' notice using one of the methods mentioned above. If your package includes additional services like sports channels, check if they can be transferred to your new service.
If you’re within your minimum contract period, you may incur exit fees. Be sure to review your Terms & Conditions. However, you might be able to avoid these fees if you've been experiencing slow speeds, price increases, or unresolved service complaints.
Important: We recommend waiting until your FibreNova service is fully installed before cancelling anything with BT to ensure a smooth transition.
