With our independent network, you don’t need to worry about coordinating a same-day switch. You can keep both services running simultaneously, ensuring a smooth transition with no downtime.
Switching to FibreNova is quick and easy—just follow these 3 simple steps:
1. Review Your Contract
Before making the switch, we recommend reviewing your current contract with Sky to understand your end date and any potential cancellation fees. You can do this in one of two ways:
- Call Sky customer service at 0800 151 2747 (available Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 23:00, and Saturday to Sunday, 08:00 - 22:00).
- Log in to your Sky My Account and visit the ‘Message Centre’ to view the details of your contract.
2. Order Your FibreNova Package
Now for the exciting part! We offer a range of packages with speeds from 150 to 900 Mbps, all with symmetrical upload and download speeds.
Once you’ve selected the package that’s right for you, we’ll contact you to arrange installation at a time that’s convenient. It’s that simple!
3. Give Your Notice
If you’re still under contract with Sky, you’ll need to provide 30 days' notice using one of the methods mentioned above. If your package includes additional services like sports channels, make sure to check if you can keep them with your new FibreNova plan.
If you’re within your minimum contract period, you may need to pay exit fees. Be sure to check your Terms & Conditions. You might be able to avoid these fees if you've experienced slow speeds, mid-contract price hikes, or unresolved service issues.
Important: To ensure a smooth transition, we recommend waiting until your FibreNova service is fully installed before cancelling anything with Sky.
