To summarize, you have a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the date your service is installed and activated. If you cancel within this period, you won’t incur any charges.
If you decide to cancel after the cooling-off period, an Early Termination Fee (ETF) may apply to cover the remaining term of your contract.
